Driving license

Can I appoint a paid driver for my personal car (Fiat Grand Punto) who have a driving license LMV-NT ; 3W-CAB Type? I don't have any idea about that. Please inform the rules of Motor Vehicles Act on this ground.

While L=light,M=motor,V= vehicle and NT=non transport,then owner of such license can drive "light motor vehicles" for personal purposes only – not for commercial transportation. 3W-CAB Type refers to three wheeler cab type.
