Dear Sir,
i want to inform you that, i want to visit for London U.K. for marriage ceremony of my cousin sister
(marriage Date:-10.03.2013)
so how i get visa for visit London U.K.

as soon as possible...!!
Please suggest me............!!

First, have you got a Passport?

If you have a valid passport, then along with the marriage invitation, approach a local Air travel agent and he will do the needful for submitting the Application for Visa.

Thereafter, you may have to visit the British Embassy for an interview. If they are convinced about your requirement for VISA, they will issue you the visa.

Since the time is short, you have to take immediate steps to get in touch with an Air Travel Agent in your area.
