Detail defination of resulation.

Sir,

Please give me detailed and full Gujarat Cooperative Society Act section 13.

Once all society members ammendments agenda passed after resulation submit before Registrar and Registrar ammendment resolution disallow. Thereafter society appeal against order passed by Registrar. if without resolution is mentainable?

Please also send order of any court in regarding above (if any).
