Weekly off

I work seven days a week. I have requested my superior for a day off per week as per the labor law but she refused. Please help me in how to move forward with this problem.

clarify whether it is a pvt office or co. how many persons working with you? are Labour Laws applicable ?? u r indispensable?? She also comes to office every day???
U want us to do lots of guessing work ; must give full detail

Weekly off is the right of every employee may he be working in private or Govt. sector. Serve a legal notice followed with labour complaint.
