For filing an application for getting a certified copy of chargesheet and FIR, is it necessary to give or affix VAKALATNAMA with the application??

If you are not appeared for an an accused then vakalat is necessary. You can also file an application along with an affidavit for giving the reasons for what you required the certified copies
