My father died 3 yrs ago. He has given his property to my mother & me by his registered will to the exclusion of other members of family ( my brother & sisters )
Now as per will we ( myself & mother ) are owners of his property

1) anything can be claimed by my brother & sisters. If yes what is the use of will

If the property was the ancestral property then he had no right to execute the will, he had right to execute the will to the extent of his share only.
If it is self acquired property then your brothers and sisters cannot claim.

1. No but you are required to get he will probated through civil court,
2. If the property in the hand of your father is ancestral then the will has no value in the yes of law and all legal heirs of your father are entitled to inherit the property in equal shares.
