Section 417 of under sections 190 & 200 file against my wife & ngos

Dear Sirs,

As of some one of suggestions,we have filed Criminal case under section 417 of 190 & 200 against my wife and concern NGO's.,what stands these section,plz let me no and can i no the punishment details in these type of cases if we win this case.,i am attaching concern file here.
