Refund of surety amount of dead accused

One accused was involved in 15-20 cases of theft in 3/4 diff courts.For bail,his mother paid diff cash security in diff courts in all, for an amt of Rs. 70000/- Now before trial only,accused expired. Now mother of accused need the cash security amt back as she is very poor. What is the remedy ?

No need to pay the aforesaid payment, as per law in criminal cases the case will alive when the accused will live.

when the court passed an order, That the proceeding against the accused person has been abet due to his death after that she can file an application for discharge the surety and surety amount before the court and court may passed an order accordingly.
