how do i proceed further

won a case in magistrate court in August 2006 and the accused appealed in the district court, still i have not received any further move

what do i do for further, and have got all the evidence
please advise

well in such case u just need to follow the proceeding and challange the appeal before the appropriate court where the appeal is filled by the accused

File an application before the district court for expediting the case and file a caveat application before high court also.(after disposal of the case by the appellate court)

Please verify the record. You can get the appeal number by verifying with the lower court record cuz they will genrally get an appeal call requiring to send the case record.
