Dear experts,
In divorce case wife has weak stand. Mediation tries to settle the dispute. Court tells wife to implement conditions which husband will file. Before decree what precautions should husband take so that his conditions are not discarded by the wife later. And what bearing does this kind of settlement have on a DV case filed by wife many months after divorce case.

have the consent terms drafted by lawyer . he will safeguard your interests . basically maintenance , child custody , streedhan issues have to be settled . in addtion wife should agree for withdrawal of cases filed by her .

Give full details of your dispute.
Every case has its won unique problem for which necessary clauses need to be incorporated in the MCD.
Broadly speaking do ensure closure of all pending cases and waiver of future maintenance.
