Execution petition

(Querist) 10 November 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Respected advocates,
Trial court decreed a suit. After two months of said decision, trial court passed the order and ceased the salary head of J.D. office without serving any execution petition. Is it possible? Please tell me concerned rule/ order.

if decree is executed in that manner, copy must have been delivered to your office. Otherwise they cannot do so.
