Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 05 November 2012
This is a civil dispute m hence better to file a suit for partition and injunction within the jurisdiction of which court the suit property situates.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 01 December 2012
The only and only remedy is to file a civil suit for partition and possession otherwise no injunction order can be passed against co-sharer.
