Ansesteral property despute

Sir/madam
We have a property in Jaipur,which my grandfather had bought on the names of my father and uncle,my father was a minor at that time.father and uncle sighed a deed of partition later,we had a joint family but property was used as by both families.now in 1998 my cousins fielded a suit against his father to claim his part of property but later they made my father also a party and made him divde his property also between uncle and his sons ,they never mention ours names and his daughters names in this document and a decree was passed by court in favour of uncle and cousin brothers.we had no idea about this.now before my father expired they made him signed some blank stamp papers .we had no knowlege of how the papers have been used,it happened in 2006 ,now my uncle expired in 2011.mom came to stay with me in Mumbai and later we got to know our property has gone to there hands ,mom has no means of earning and no other place to live she is 60 yrs old.when we came here to claim the property we were threatens of consequences, a police case happened ,police tried to mediate they signed affidavits in our favor and vacated some rooms but as soon as we left they broke loacks ,again fir happened now police is saying they will use croc 145,please advice .they are going to do that tomorrow.
