CAN KARTA SELL A HOUSE BELONGING TO HUF, WITHOUT CONSENT OF COPARCENERS, SO AS TO MEET EXIGENCIES OF A POSSIBLE COURT ORDER, WHEN AN OUTSIDER PUTS A CLAIM ON THE SAID PROPERTY, IN A CIVIL COURT. KINDLY MENTION RULES AND RULINGS IN SUPPORT OF THE REPLY

yes, he can. state facts of court case.

A Karta can sell the family property.
No outsiders can claim any thing.
However, one can opine only after going thru the facts of the case.
