Dear Sir,

I am a new comer in the field of law an unable to under stand some of the procedural techniques like how to tender the documents in court , how to make exhibits the documents in the court and please let me know that what is the procedure which is to be followed in trial U/s 138 of N.I. Act as our colleagues are not guiding properly and I am not satisfied with their suggestions and facing problem in court

Make a list of papers and file them along with list and an application to admit them in evidence.

Please also explain how to tender the documents in court , how to make exhibits the documents in the court in detail and please give me the per forma of application
