Transfer application in sc

(Querist) 24 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
FIR u/s 498A is lodged in uttrakhand. I/O has appointed in this case, but I/O has not been arresting the accused person, three accused persons has on stay but the other one's bail has rejected. The final charge sheet will not submit by the I/O in trial court. Accused persons and I/O have pressurizing me to take back complaint. In view of the justice,could i transfer the case from uttrakhand to delhi and what the procedure for that?

it is better for you to arrive at an amicable settlement . most of 4998A cases end in acquital .
