SIR,
I WANT TO MAKE MY BIRTH CERTIFIACTE SINCE IT IS REQUIRED IN MY COMPANY. I WAS BORN IN VILLEGE WHERE MY BIRTH WAS NOT REGISTERED.
I WAS BORN IN 1990.I HAVE ADDRESS PROOF FOR U.P. KINDLY SUGGEST ME SOLUTION SO THAT I CAN EASILY MAKE MY CERTIFICATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

Every hospital records births in their register and same register sends to the Births and Deaths registration office i.e.to the Municipality. Regarding your birth certificate please contact official concerned for procedure to apply

make an application to the SDM of your area and get order from and contact the Birth and Death registrar to issue birth certificate on the basis of the order made by the SDM.

Birth place may be villahe, town, city or hospital, every birth gets recorded. It is understood that for villages, dsignated village chowkidars have to get the information from village pradhans and report the events of births and deaths to the concerned police stations every week or month to be ultimately got registered with the conerned area sub-registrar of births & deaths.

So, better get in touch with the records maintained by the village pradhan to know when the information was communicated by him to ultimately check with the concerned office of births & deaths.

If not recorded, the other alternative is to get your birth registered now by paing due penalty.

The third alternative is to get the certificate granted by 1st Class Magistrate by following court procedure.
