Proof of allegations

Husband and his parents were threatened on different occasions by wife and her relatives for money. In order to prove the above allegation is it sufficient for husband to examine himself or is it required to examine his parents as well.

Allegation can be corroborated by other witness as well as complainant, Prosecution witnesses, accused and defence witnesses. The burden of proof lies on the complainant.
