Speedy disposal or fast track court for civil cases in hyderabad court

(Querist) 28 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Experts, I have a Suit for recovery case going on, in city civil court since last one year and it is in very slow pace / getting adjourned most of the time. Please let me know if there is any provision for Speedy disposal of the case or approaching fast track court for Civil cases in Hyderabad City civil Court. Please help. Thanks and best regards, Sunil
