Sir,
If any accused is given AB for limited duration by session court under false case of 498-A IPC..Whether the accused should approach for regular bail or should challenge it before H.C for providing AB for unlimited duration by relying upon recent judgment of Siddharam Satlingappa Mhetre Vs State of Maharashtra and Ors.
