i have filed a case u/s 138 ni,but the party is not responding to the court notice sent by post,so the last notice has sent to the consent police station to serve but ane month is over police has not taken any action.the matter is in two states (cg & orissa)pl advice

See that accused is available at address place & ask Police to serve Summon.

Let Police file their Report.

Ask for service of summons through higher police officers like Commissioner or SP.
