can a lawyer who has just started practicing be enrolled/ registered in noida bar association and delhi bar association simulataneously?

1.First enroll as an advocate with any state bar council and then start legal practice.

2. u cannot practice without certificate of Enrollment.

No he cannot register in two bar councils at the same time.
