Dear Sir How much time it takes to take divorce degree under mutual consent and what is the procedure under HMA...???????????

contact a local lawyer . get petiion drafted by lawyer . both parties have to be present in court for filing it . 6 months waiting period . maximum time would be 1 year .

At present in Gujarat it takes nearly 2 years.

Depending according to work load.
