Registration of a plot

Dear sir,
I am going to purchase a plot from a vendor who is having GPA and it is registered.
Now my query is while registering it whether the finger print of the previous owner (who executed the GPA is require or not)
and for registration whose finger prints required ???

The registered GPA is valid. However, the terms of GPA have to be perused to decide whether the presence of previous owner is required or not.
