I have a 138 case against me ,cheque was issued in moradabad up and deposited in aurangabad cheque bounced in moradabad ,notice sent from aurangabad ,and now case filed against me in aurangabad I have read on this site that juridiction is the place where the offence held i.e cheque bounced and all our business dealing was in moradabad through their branch in ghaziabad CAN I GET CASE TRANSFERRED IN MORADABAD OR IN GHAZIABAD AS IT IS IMPOSIBLE FOR ME TO FIGHT IN AURANGABAD CAN ANY I FIND ANY LAWYER IN AURANGABAD FOR THIS

no you heard something wrongly.
cheque case can be filed anywhere that where the complainant residing/accused residing or where the cheque has been dishonored.

make an application to court in aurangabad for transfer of case . since cheque is issued in mordadabad , offence is complete when nnotice received in moradaabd and you did not make payment .i presume complainant regdd office is not in aurnmngabad

sir complainant regd office is in aurangabad but all business was done in u.p.via ghaziabad branch

No the case would run in Aurangabad only. As the cheque was given there and deposited there only.
