Non cognizable offence

If a Non cognizable offence is registered against a person 4 to 5 times.Does that person career / job will be in trouble and will not be able to get passport, etc.

It depends on the velocity and magnitude of the offence,which leads to conviction.

A very vague query. Atleast you should specify who is employer? what is offence?herether bail has bene there or not? at what stage is the criminal case?
