What is the difference between the terms "easemen"t,"license" and "leave & license"?If the licensor permits, can a sub-license of an immovable property be made?Does it require registration if the period exceeds 11 months? Can sub-license be made with the licensor,s permission ,if there was specific restrictions in the original license agreement?
