what is the diff between conveyance deed & agreemnet of sale?

which is the stongest proof?why

Conveyance means legal document which transfers the ownership of land from the seller to the buyer.
In general it is a sale deed.
But agreement of sale is just it is an agreement to sell the property to the buyer in a specified time.

Regd., Sale deed is better. If it is agreement of sale and seller failed to perform his duty of contract, then you will have to knock the door of the court.

Conveyance means the actual final transfer of the property while agreement of sale is the mere intention to do so at a future date.
