You request judge to issue court notice to said advocate to appear in court and submit his NOC in ur matter and after that you can
get new advocate.

have you paid lawyer fees?if you have settled his bills he wont refuse NOC .

if he is not giving NOC then complain to bar council against him .
Deepak Nair (Expert) 16 May 2012
You should bring the issue to the notice of the judge immediately that the adocate is not giving NOC. You can also file a complaint with the Bar Council of your state.
V R SHROFF (Expert) 16 May 2012
Issue notice thru ur new Advocate, calling him to issue NOC, as u r not satisfied with his services, and in case of failure to issue NOC, you are compelled to complaint to BAR COUNCIL, AS WELL AS TO THE JUDGE. [inform that all your fees were paid and nothing is due to him]
