Re-opening a police case 'f.r.t'

SIR,

Kolkata Police had 'SECRETLY', 'SUSPICIOUSLY' AND 'FICTICIOUSLY' closed two of three FIR/POLICE CASE stating FRT without any sort of notice, intimation,summon,information to me.

Please help me reopen those cases which were closed in NEXUS with CMM/judiciary and file WP for POLICE INACTION.
