In the year 1971 Mr A was purchased the land from X. His name was not entered in the Record of rights. But in the year 1973-74, the Sarkar name was entered in the owner's column of the record of rights on the basis that Y's name appearing in the tenant column of the record of rights. Now Mr A died and his son want to challange the name of Sarkar in the record of rights and further he wants to get his name is to be entered in the record of rights as per the sale deed. What remedy is available ? Is there any limitation point ?

Let him file a suit for declaration. To bring it into the limitation he has aver that only after the death of the father he came to know the entry.
