Parking

Dear Sirs I am law student as well as chartered accountant. Sir i bought one flat with two parkings. my parking is in cellar. In that apartment some persons saying that cellar parkings are not valid to allot. Please clarify sir as early as possible. and please send me any judg ement copies regarding my problem.Thanking you sir.

did society transfer flat to you with car parking slots .

if it was approved in AGM and society has till date not cancelled your slots relax

please note that as per suprem court judgement builder has no power to sell car parking slots

It is true that parking slots are not meant for sale as per judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the famous case of Nahalchand Laloochand P.Ltd. Vs. Panchali Co-Op.Hng.Sty.
