Rule 31 of the Income Tax Rules (as amended) provide for issuance of TDS forms in Form 16A within 15 days of filling of a quartelry statement in case of Deductions from other than Salaries and Form 16 in case of salaries by 31st Day of May of the Finacial year immediately following the year in which such deducions were made.
