Society/ntc fromation is compolsory

I res. at Ahmedabad.My flat is 22 year old flat. but there is no society/NTC.

I like to know it is compolsary to form society of NTC?

and if builder do not make soc.? What steps is necessary?

you can easily bear a advocate fee, contact a lawyer in you local area and consult with him/her

Mr. Nadeem I am ready to bear a adv. fee. but first I like to know it is compolsary or not ?

If it is compolsary. Than I like to take legal action. if its not compolsry than why and how i take legal action? I thik it is westage of money.

If you think fit to bear the 'builder' which has not role to play in the building then it is ok but you want the solution of your day to day problem in the hands of actual residents of the flats then you should form the society though it is not mandatory to form in NTC.
