Redevelopment of c.h.s. lid

(Querist) 31 March 2012 This query is : Resolved 
in which court shall i file a case against developer/ society after da is signed by all member of society and i am alone to fight against then kindly give me guidance regarding specification of court i.e. city civil/ co.operative court or any other court thru which i can get justice and stop corruption of m.c. and developer .also tell me whether i can get stay against then/ not..
