Sir,i got conveyance deed from HUDA (haryana urban development authority)of industrial plot on my name.but due to lack of knowledge. I not get it registered in sub registrar office. I realizes my mistake after 3 years. when some of my friend pointed this thing to me.i immediately rushed to registrar office to get it registered . but they told me that time is over.then i asked them to refund the value of stamp papers.but they said that time limit of that thing is also over. now your stamp paper of Rs 3 lakh(3,000,00).is use less. then i visited the huda office to get my c.d validated.but they also refuse to do so. so please help me. Is there any way through which i can save my 3 lakh rupees already spent.

rgistartion has to be done within period of 4 months . further grace period is given of 4 months on payment of penalty .

in your case 3years have passed so no registration can be done now .

since your conveyance was executed on stamp paper of rs 3 lakhs your document must be stamped . where is questionf refund of rs 3 lakhs?

As your stamp papers have not been used so you should get it refunded from Govt. Teasury under Indian Stamp Act vide which some amount shall be deducted as per rules and rest of the amount shall be duly refunded to you by canceling the stamp papers.

You shall have to obtain permission for registration of conveyance deed afresh adopting the same procedure citing the entire story in your application.
