Change in dob for my passport

Dear sir,

I wish to make changes in my DOB in my passport. The passport authority says that they need court order to make this change.

What I want to know is that whom should I approach and what data / document shall be required. If it is a not a big proceure I would like to apply on my own.

Whom I should contact in which court. (The competent authority to pass such order).

You have to follow the procedure u/s 80 of CPC to file a suit for mandatory injunction.

to change you date of birth. But limitation point is very important.

Dear Querist
you need to file a declaration suit before court after gating the court order you can file with passport application form to change the DOB, it may be possible to chenge the DOB in passport
