local mcd have issue a notice to me for house tex rs 19000 . i contact to officer of mc fatehabad (haryana) ad ask that this i am not owner/rented this property .
but he say u're owner of said property we demand house tex form you if u not paid this teex we go to court.
now mc file a case o me for house tex
ow what i can take action for illegal mc

since you are in haryana contact mr makkad from this site. you will have to engage a lawyer to defend the case

You should check the relevant record of municipality with the unit no. which is claimed to be owned by you without your knowledge.

It may be a lottery (may be hidden) for you if you get ownership of any immovable property within the municipal area of Fatehabad.

If you are owner/landlord of any immovable property in the given matter, you need not worry.
