what is dinning tax sir ?
i went with my friend one day in pizza hurt there in that bill it was shown that dinning tax@20 % ...
so which sec does this come under?

Strange!I too never heard about such a tax and would like to be enlightened if some one knows about it.Mean while in my guess it might be service tax.Or may be pizza hurt was a taxi restaurant!!!!!!

I never heard about dining tax, so i feel that it could be dinning charges, which is by mistake, author have read as tax.

However, Author have clarified.
