We are two brothers and two sisters. My father left behind row house consist two flats of 4 room each. Can two sisters get one flat and brothers get one? what is the correct legal document we make without dispute.After making document I want to purchase my sisters part what can we says that agreement? Please advise.

all the legal heirs made partition deed, and register that deed, thereafter get the you sister part bye way of relinquishment deed or sale deed.
