SIR,our society has been forged.my position in that society was vice president.forged resignations submitted before the registar OF HYD and created a new forged document(SOCIETY).under the society jr college has been running.I WANT TO FILE DECLARATION SUIT.WHERE AND HOW TO FILE DECLARATION SUIT.AND GIVE ME PROFAMA FOR DELARATION SUIT .PLS GIVE ME SOLUTION SIR. Civil suit takes lot of time to conclude. Since the acts alleged is criminal offence you should go for criminal case for forgery and criminal impersonation.

Lodge complaint with the Police. If Police fails to act, move the nearest Magistrate.

i alredy lodged a police complaint u/s 420 464 648 506.but declaration suit i want to file sir.
