Concealment of facts

(Querist) 04 December 2011 This query is : Resolved 
one person without any right claimed himself a tenant of my client and he taken status quo order from the court, after that my client's original tenant filed a suit against that person and he taken interim restrained order from the court after that court dismissed the stay application of my client's original tenant on the ground of concealment of facts. property in question shop is same in both cases i want to search any citation of any apex court in which another suit on same property does not mean concealment of facts

two persons are fighting for the tenancy rights of same property so what landlord wants now.

i thing the second suit suppressed the facts about the earlier suit..

you have to come to courts with clean hands . if you surpress facts from the courts , you wont get any reilef in your favour .

A person must come to court with all facts by suprresing the fact you will not get any relief

its ok.. if my doubt is correct mean., the second suit should be dismissed for the reason of suppression of facts.,
