I have passed LL.B this year. But I am a full-time salaried employee of a State Government. I know that I can't practice law as an advocate until I quit my present job. However, can I be allowed to enroll myself in the Bar Council reserving my right to practice until I quit my present job(to start practice only after I retire from Government service). I come to know that some State Bar Councils are allowing such enrollment while reserving the right to practice.
