Exemption of trust

Dear Expert,

We have a trust for which we applied for 12AA registration,
DGIT(Exemption) reject the same on the ground of Genuineness of activities.
we received the order for rejection

Advice us regarding remedies available to us after rejection.

You have a right to appeal before the Hon'ble Tribunal against this rejection. The moot question should be what is the object of the Trust. If you have charitable object, you are entitle to get the same. The authority has no power to see the genuineness of the activity. You will find lot of judgment in this regard.

object and all other things are ok.....only issue is frequency of transactions.........
