understand your prob. every matter can be solved by counseling and talk .You said everything bcz of ego then you and your wife should think about your future of life and for your children if they are.

the fact that after 6 years of courtship you decided to get married shows that you loved each other .

if you dont want to divorce your wife make a last ditch effort go to marriage counsellor forresolving your problems .

if that also fails then go in for divorce by mutual consent

try to both the parents regarding this and your wife too f possible and solve the matter out of the court if no option then file divorce.

If you got married this May, the petition for mutual consented divorce doesnot lie in court till next May.

Play on it.
