Respected Sir/ Madam,
a plot was registered with the name of my uncle and his minor son.In 1999 my father has purchased the same plot from my uncle for Rs. 20000/- at Rajasthan State. but my father has not registered the same plot with his name and my father made only an agreement with my uncle on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- without the consent of his minor son.Now my uncle's son is major. One year ago my father renewed the same agreement with consent of my uncle but without the consent of his son(major). My father want to register the same plot with the help of renewed agreement. what is the procedure for registration in Rajasthan. Please guide me.

if your uncle's son have no objection regarding this then go for the registration and the registration will be valid after signature of your uncle's son, if he does not signed the deed then legal complication can be comes in future.

To write in plain words if your uncle and his son are in agreement of what is being desired by your father the same would be effectively & legally possible only by a registered deed but if son of your uncle does not agree then in law he has become the exclusive owner of property purchased in his name no matter your father paid the consideration.

Prepare a sale deed and get execute from your uncle,his son and your father. After that same register with Sub-registrar.
