applicability of PF and ESI

Dear Sir,

We are three person total working with a Lawyer. Kindly sugest me if he is liable to pay us PF and ESI as we are working since 30 year.

Your employer is not liable to pay either PF or ESI as per law since, the number of employees is less than what is required under the act to register for P F and E.S.I.

Employee is entitled to PF , in this case - the same is not applicable !
