Rendition of accounts

I am a partner of a firm which stopped operations in 1998 and did not file any balance sheet there after. There is not a single sale or purchase or any expense in the said firm since 1998. Can I today ask for rendition of accounts?

Yes you can both ask for dissolution of partnership as well for rendition of accounts.

There is a large plot of land in the firm account. The partner's capital accounts have not been settled till date. Can I as the partner demand my share in the property etc?
