Shop tax receipt

i have one shop of 120sq.ft, already my shop has two shutter then i raise wall between shop, then there was two shop are there then one i give on rent and other retain for self use,the building is of one floor and became very old it has seen cracked on them, i want to know whether i will received two shop when building will gone under redevelopment process,if it is possible, then what is procedure of that,making two different tax copy for shop or other.

As 2 shops are existing at site so it is better to obtain separate tax receipt so that your desired claim may be put therein. Photographs, visit of builder, oral evidence of local residents shall also prove dividends to you.

Are you a tenant or owner ?From whom you shall get shops after redevelopment ? Who will redevelop it? These details are required.
