Driving licence for scooter/m/cycle lmv(nt) driving three wheeler ..

I am representing driver in a claim petition us 166 MV act (death case) who is possesing DL for scooter/Motor cycle ,LMV (NT) and was driving a three wheeler at the time of accident,is this a valid licence for driving a three wheeler (Passenger carrying)Kindly advice.Thanx

Driver was not holding a valid driving license at the time of said accident.
